We do not inform individual customers of rate or product changes. Our website contains full, up to date information on rates and products.

You are able to write to us at any time should you want to remove your name from the marketing mailing list. You have a right to obtain a copy of the information we hold about you, upon payment of the appropriate fee, and to ask us to change any incorrect details by writing to us at our Guernsey address, which is shown on the Contact Us page.

We cannot be held responsible for the integrity or security of your email. Whilst the company makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website, it cannot ensure exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses.
